You won't bring any updates to the rest of the version, but you can use it. Recently, I read an article that a new feature will be added to the Windows 10 update in 2021. And that's what you'll install android apps directly on Windows 10. That means android apps can be installed directly without using an emulator. The feature is great for me. Installation Process:-

Step 04: Select Inspect

Step 05: Now you will see the 3 dot in the top right corner of your browser "Customize and control DevTools" click the three dot.

Step 06: Now select "More tools"

Step 07: Now select "Network Conditions"

Step 08: Scroll down and go to "User Agent" Check out the ✅ mark from "Select automatically"

Step 09: Reload the web page.

Step 10: Select Edition as "Windows 10" and "Confirm"

Step 11: Select Language as "English or you prefer" and "Confirm"

Step 12: Now click "32-bit Download" or "64-bit Download"

Step 13: Your Internet Download Manager will be open(If you install). For install IDM see another Article or Video. 

Up to 5-10 minutes Windows 10 ISO download will be finish.
